RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

If you are not 100% happy with your jewellery, you are welcome to contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Please email us at sarah@sunsarajewellery.com and we will guide you through the process. 

For reasons of hygiene, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on earrings. 

Note: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If you return a broken or defective item, only a partial refund can be made. Please also note that Sunsara gift cards are non-refundable. 

We do not offer return and exchange on discounted items and Custom items.

You will be responsible for the shipping fee on sending the item(s) back to us.

All returned items will receive be refunded, but incur a $10 handling + shipping fee.
