If you are not 100% happy with your jewellery, you are welcome to contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Please email us at and we will guide you through the process. 

For reasons of hygiene, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on earrings. 

Note: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If you return a broken or defective item, only a partial refund can be made. Please also note that Sunsara gift cards are non-refundable. 

We do not offer return and exchange on discounted items and Custom items.

You will be responsible for the shipping fee on sending the item(s) back to us.
